In this episode I give everyone a quick update on my health. Many of you know by now back in April I was diagnosed with colon cancer. Thanks to the highly trained medical staff as well as the rock solid support you all gave me during my time of need I have mustered enough energy to put out a new episode! We take a shorty walk down what was UFC 239.  I apologize if i omitted one fight in particular (Jones VS Thiago).  Sit back and enjoy!
