This episode is jam packed with great advice coming from the depths of despair and real life experiences. Paul and I went school together and have only loosely kept in touch over the years via social media. This was a great chance for us to dig deep and hear each others journeys; the highs, the lows, the lessons we’ve learned and the journey we are both on to help others.
