15 year old Tina Fontaine goes missing in Winnipeg, Canada. Her body is later found in the Red River after a boat propeller dislodged the weighted duvet cover that held her. An investigation goes on, but only a circumstantial case can be created. She is one of the many MMIW cases that plague society. The outcry for justice is still ringing in the ears of many.
