"Lets have high standards and performance while also balancing humility and grace."

High performers have high standards, but as Kirk Cousins says, "We can drive ourselves crazy relentlessly pursuing perfection, but the key is to have those high standards while balancing humility and grace". Having an overly harsh inner critic often derails ambitious men if they don't anchor deeper kindness. This episode will help you fine tune that inner voice to BEST serve you. 

REFLECTION QUESTIONS: Write about a time where you noticed the voice in your head that was speaking to you when you fell short of a goal or didn't get the result you were looking for? Was that voice harsh and critical or loving and compassionate?
