In a few recent coaching sessions, I have heard myself say to clients, “so something that is not printed on my business card or is not on my website is…”
And then it dawned on me, what am I hiding? What am I holding back and why do I care? This felt completely inauthentic to do and so I choose to practice what I preach and be the work at work.
Consider there are often parts of us we hide or keep sacred, for fear of being judged, however, I truly believe it is these parts coupled with a willingness to be real and vulnerable that enable us to deeply connect and positively impact.
We cannot authentically connect unless we are true to ourselves, our full selves. So in this MINDSET MASTERY MONDAY episode I come out and I unpack how…
