Jack McGuinness has over 25 years of experience of working with leadership teams to help unlock their potential. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as an airborne ranger with the U.S. Army's prestigious 10th Mountain Division.   Jack went on to fill CEO and COO roles and has since co-founded Relationship Impact, a consulting firm focused on working with CEOs to unlock the potential of their leadership teams. He also serves as a Senior Professional Instructor at the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business where he teaches courses on strategic management and human capital and is a contributing writer for Chief Executive Magazine.   Today we discuss how to become a great leader and how to develop an effective leadership team around you.   Links:
