"I'm 48 years old, from Oakland, CA. I started djing about 9 years ago because I was told that I would be good at it, do to my love of music. Always wanted to DJ as a youngster, but never thought I had the time. I was always the person people asked to bring all my cd's when going to a party or BBQ. I haven't done any big show or events. Mostly weddings, crab feeds, reunions, and house parties. My goal is to be able to DJ on a huge stage at a festival or concert. 2 years ago I enrolled in a beginners course at Scratch DJ Academy in Los Angeles. A 5 hour drive every Saturday in the middle of the summer for a month and a half... But it was well worth it. I would like to continue to DJ kinda as a hobby for many more years. I DO IT FOR THE LOVE OF IT. As long as I do that, I will always show the LEGENDARY DJ'S, HIP HOP CULTURE, and MUSIC the RESPECT it deserves"
