With Schools starting all around the state ,Superintendent of Public Instruction Mo Green welcomes students and teachers back to school. He has also released a 37-page plan for the future of North Carolina Schools as North Carolina has been ranked 48th in education for years. Tony Riggsbee talks with Mo Green about his plan to improve NC School systems.
