Now based in Bahrain, Eldarov is the Head Coach at the KHK MMA gym in Manama, Bahrain. He is also Head Coach of the Bahraini National MMA Team and is signed with Bahrain-based MMA promotion, Brave Combat Federation, where he is the current Super Lightweight Champion.
