It's one thing to have an idea of what your dream career is, but it's also important to analyze what that dream is and check in with ourselves to ensure we are on the right path toward it. This week we discover where our ideas of a dream career stem from, and how we can create structure and boundaries within our lives right now in order to achieve our future dreams.

Throughout our life journeys we experience many different transitions. Whether it be transitions in our career paths or general transitions and changes in our lives, these points in time can be quite jarring and cause feelings of uncertainty.
