MOAA's commitment to promote and champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in collegiate athletics continues with the three-part webinar series aimed at helping new athletics diversity and inclusion designees (ADID) and other DEI personnel with creating and implementing DEI initiatives on their respective campuses.

This session focused on the challenges facing diversity officers today, focusing on the changes since March 2020 when the ADID designation was implemented. Full time positions, as well as designations have been created on a number of campuses. Also, the requests of longtime diversity officers on some campuses have changed or responsibilities have increased. This webinar will discuss some of the challenges currently being faced by campus diversity officers and ways to approach them on your campus.
