Happy Halloween everyone!!! 

This weeks episode has Carlos and Jorge talking all things Halloween: costumes and traditions of our youth, trick or treating, parties, clubs and all the culture surrounding celebrating All Hallows’ Eve. 

Halloween also marks the start of the Holiday season so we take this as an opportunity to talk about how to navigate the stress of events, family, work, as well as reconciling your personal goals of fitness and nutrition with the endless array of holiday party treats and gift baskets and cookies and all those pitfalls.
