MOACA on Discipline

Hey everyone!  It’s official… WE ARE NEIGHBORS!!!  We’re coming to you from our new studio in Carlos’ new digs.  Carlos is unpacking his boxes and looking forward to reclaiming his routines this week.  Jorge is struggling with his past success and goals for the future.  The question arises: Are we being to easy on ourselves?  Is discipline the key to freedom?  We do our best to unpack this loaded hot potato this week.
