We all have heard the old saying "sweep around your own front porch before you come to mine" or "if you live in a glass house, you shouldn't throw stones". In short these sayings tell us that we must fix our own issues before we begin the pursuit of fixing the issues of others. This episode discusses how the Black women is the most undervalued and most disrespected individuals not only in this country but also amongst our own.
We all know the controversy of the 'n' word, depending on the ending, the intent can be changed. In an attempt to take lemons and make lemonade, the 'n' word is used by some in the Black community as a term of endearment. In the same vain, we know that Black women have been objectified and sexualized for centuries.
