MOBB TIES: Anthony X Harvey Christian

In 2014, Staten Island drug kingpins and Bloods members Anthony “Nitty” and Harvey “Black” Christian were convicted for using murder and violence to maintain a crack enterprise in the Park Hill projects. “For 20 years Harvey and Anthony Christian ran a large crew that sold crack and other drugs. They used any means necessary, including murder, to protect their drug business,” said Assistant U.S. Attorney Allon Lifshitz during his opening statements. sought a hearing to determine if there was a possible link between the rap group Wu-Tang Clan (also from Staten Island a.k.a. “Shaolin”) and two murders he was convicted of ordering. The brothers are accused of orchestrating the murders of rival dealers, 17-year-old Jerome “Boo Boo” Estella and Corey Brooker, in 1999. Nevertheless, Anthony Christian was sentenced to life in prison on Friday, but he reportedly went down swinging. According to the NY Daily News, Christian–who denies any responsibility in the deaths of Estella or Brooker– “sought a hearing to determine if there was a possible link between the rap group Wu-Tang Clan and two murders he was convicted of ordering.”
