In a compilation of letters between the author and Harper Lee (and her sisters to a small extent,) the reader will know the author of one of America's most beloved novels better. This reader loved her honestly, straightforward approach to life and crusty sense of humor. What better way to learn about persons than from their own words. I was crazy about Ms.Lee when I started and was crazier about her when I finished this all too short read!
