We often times allow our environment to shape our emotions. When emotions around us are high, our naturally go up to. But what if we were the ones in control of the temperature in the room? What if we set the temperature everywhere we go, no matter what. We must be able to understand that we are in control, always. We are the ones who control our emotions. We are the thermostat.
