Will Dave's wish be granted? The Presidential Debate commission is planning to give moderators the ability to cut candidates microphones if they break debate rules, according to CBS News. We ask Jason Perry of the Hinckley Institute of Politics whether that plan could be in motion for the Vice-Presidential debate coming up next week.
