While we hear a lot about being authentic I'm curious as to how can we move from talking to taking action and show up as our true selves, breaking free from external expectations.

The gender investing gap is real. Women typically retire with less money than their male counterparts.

When you factor in that women are more likely to take time off work to care for their family and have a more cautious attitude to investing money, as well as the gender pay gap, it's easy to see how this chasm is created.

How much did you learn about the menstrual cycle and contraception at school? I don't remember these subjects being covered in great detail, so fast forward to adulthood and I still have gaps in my knowledge around these topics and so many questions.

We live in a time of the “global supermarket” where many foods are available all year round and our need to eat seasonally has diminished.
