Hello Everyone,  

Welcome to our second segment on Modern Education, this week!  Let's chat about the future of education, as we think about the tools and skills that are required in the growing Digital Economy.  

It's an important time to address the concept of there being a "Learning Ceiling" a cap to a child's intellectual capacity. The idea that intelligence is pre-defined at birth has been a notion that has fuelled a lot of the policy that reinforces compulsory education.   

Genius emerges.  

Given that we provide children with the right environment, tools, resources and people to enable them to learn and actualize on the potential that they have, to achieve what it is they would like to be. 

Here's my thoughts on adopting an adaptive learning environment and doing away with the rigid, tradition conventions of present day schooling.
