“Coming out” is a term usually applied to gay people about the process of coming to terms with their sexual identity, but it could be applied to anyone growing into their own authenticity. Today, Loren A. Olson, M.D., a gay psychiatrist and author of the book “Finally Out”, joins me to discuss his courageous journey of coming out at the age of 40 after being married for 18 years with two kids and a very established career.
