Our definition of pastor is all jumbled up in the modern church. Lets discuss what a pastor is and how it relates to the term bishop and elder (in a way many do not realize). We will talk through modern assumptions about the role of a pastor and get to the actual verses in the Bible on the topic and how it shows the role of a pastor to be a different sort of a thing.
