We would love it if you would consider taking 30 minutes to sit in silence before the Lord with this listening prayer and see what comes up:
- Lord, What are some walls I'm hitting in life right now? What did I used to do that isn't working anymore? What is my gut response when I hit these walls -- what do I do with them?
- Read Matthew 11:28-30 and ask, Lord, as I hit these walls, am I carrying my yoke or Your yoke? How have I been trying to carry my yoke? Lord, what would it look like to carry Your yoke in these challenging moments?
After you sit in silence, opening your heart to the Lord's voice in these spaces, you might consider writing down what He pressed on your heart or discussing them with a close brother or sister in Christ or a Christian Spiritual Director.

May the Lord be deeply present and offer His easy yoke to you, no matter what walls you are facing.
