Her strength in leading people to maximum performance results comes from 20 years with McDonald’s Corporation where she held various corporate management positions. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign.

Ms. Chima is co-author of the book Choose to Lead: Advice, Tools, and Strategies for Women, from Women.  She also co-authored the workbook Creating Success Strategies at Work While Navigating Business Challenges.
