Natalie Khazaal is assistant professor of international
studies and Arab culture at Texas A&M University. She studies the role of
the media in representations of minorities, as well as the role of language and
literature in generating media representations. We spoke about her latest book
on television during the Lebanese Civil War of 1975-1991.
