Karen started at Benco as an intern in the finance department. Over the better part of two decades, she worked her way up from being a staff accountant all the way to her current role as CFO. While many might view modernization as a simple update to an organization’s tech stack or the adoption of new financial standards, Karen sees it as a more all-encompassing philosophy.
