This week I talk about how trauma can impact your personality. Discussing where I am at in disconnecting my trauma from my personality. It can be a long and hard process to discover yourself again but, know you are always capable of coming back. 

This is just the flow for today! I recently moved so i wasn't able to record or focus any time towards my podcast. Hopefully now i can come back and stay back. Either way like the title states this episode is all over the place. short snippets of thoughts and ideas. Everything said was based in opinions and ideas.

Today we are talking abut a topic that can be very sensitive. As an Afab Queer I have spent so much time trying to figure out who i am! It has always been so confusing to me why so many queer women and men are silenced while talking about their own identity. Why do we allow people out of the experience to speak on it? And who decides if something is offensive to a community other than the people of that community? These are some things i talk about from my point of view. This is all opinion based and an open discussion, feel free to live a message for future discussions.

I feel like so many people like to dictate other peoples boundaries even though that's not okay. Everyone likes to tell people what boundaries you can and can't have in or out of relationships, and I feel we should clarify any boundaries you have that do not cross someone else's boundaries are fair. If I don't want to kiss my partner but they feel unloved cause I won't kiss them should I? No, your boundary was not crossing their boundary even though they may feel upset or offended. Emotions and boundaries can be hard to navigate but, it is important to keep speaking openly about the two so people don't have such blurred lines.

Today I touch on the tip of the iceberg that is faking mental illness for social media. I think navigating social media that is mental health positive can be tricky! Most safe spaces can be easily invaded and some people looking for help may unknowingly be feeding into something a bit darker. Today I scratch the surface and talk about how debilitating mental health can be and why people abuse it in social spaces. The patriarchy has not really left society unscathed, even in the 21st century people still carry misogynistic beliefs very openly. Others still hold onto internalized misogyny and let it rule over them and their thought process. I believe in life it is our job to question why we think the way we do and if it is even a valid thought process or just one you were taught. Here are some of the things i view as misogynistic and how some of them may have trickled into our society.
