Empire City rises in steel and neon—an Art Deco metropolis , built on ambition, excess, and decay.

The ECPD, its police department, holds the line as best it can in a city where corruption runs as deep as the foundations. In Empire City, everyone knows their names—even those who pretend they don’t.

There are two of them. Cops. Bruisers. When they step onto a crime scene, witnesses fall silent and suspects start talking. Not out of respect out of survival instinct. They hit fast, ask few questions, and leave behind battered bodies and reports that are hard to justify. But they don’t take bribes. They don’t disappear when the city burns. And they never look away. In an Empire City rotten to the core, they are what’s left when everything else has given in. Two violent cops. Two incorruptible cops. The last line of defense between the city…....and what waits in the shadows.

"BUNNYMAN - ROAD" by HARDTOP86 & SXS is born out of a collaboration between two special synthwave/darkwave-artists. Presented by moflow! AND HERE IS THE WHOLE STORY:

The Bunny Man Bridge is an urban legend from Fairfax County, Virginia, centered around a railway overpass in Clifton. The story claims a man dressed in a bunny costume, known as the "Bunny Man," terrorizes the area, attacking people with an axe. Originating in the 1970s, the legend ties to alleged sightings of a man in a rabbit suit, possibly linked to an escaped mental patient or a local tragedy.
