In today’s life and world at large inclusion of dissability has been a journey greatly conquered by all citizens who participated whole-heartedly in. almost every in and around the world great measures have been put into place to ensure disabled people are included anywhere in anything and able to utilize accordingly all resources at their disposal.
In this month of March, commonly known as the month of commemorating and celebrating human rights, it is important to look into dissability and whether if in any form it does affect or hinders with exercising of human rights.
Today we talk with Mr Selaelo Makgato, director of special programs in the office in the premier in Limpopo province. Mr Makgato is blind. Having to grow up in rural villages of Limpopo with sight problems must have been challenging for him as the popular boys chores of heading livestock and others might have been a struggle to do.
