Bioluminesence is just a stunning mix of Biology and Quantum mechanics. The trouble is that when I remember one molecule I become vague on the others. Listen while looking at the molecule. I am certainly not saying I understand why this molecule actually produces light when its electrons and bonds get reconfigured. I would be an absolute gift if one day I could understand.
