Molly  is currently completing a PhD on the social value of youth drama groups in rural areas. As part of her MA studies at Queens she used The craic Youth Theatre as a case study. She has worked in Arts Research and Consultancy has been a Drama workshop facilitator and is a Board member with Theatre & Dance NI.
