Tabitha started as a nurse. She's been in the medical field for 8 years. Real estate caught her attention and she tried to dabble with it, learning from YouTube university. She's tried to test the waters, going direct to sellers, with no guidance and no success. Shortly after joining the Astroflipping community,  she lost her child care which made her decide to stay home to look after her 2 beautiful daughters rather than put them in daycare which is very expensive. Tabitha turned this setback into an opportunity to jumpstart her wholesaling business and since she mostly needs to stay at home, she did virtual wholesaling with Las Vegas as her market. During the day, she would work a part time job, take care of the family, attend my mentorship, comp properties, and when evening comes, she'll do the work since her market, Las Vegas is 3 hours behind her time.

Tabitha is a student who won my heart. Her journey is that of someone who has no background in real estate, coming from a totally different field. She came in, got bruised in learning and taking action but continued on with a positive attitude, until she breaks through to success. Watching stories of people like her unfold has become the joy of my life. Stories like hers inspire me, empower me, and motivate me every day to keep doing what I do, not only to help but to have as much positive impact on other people's lives as much as I can.
