08:36 - Nique gives tips on inexpensive ways to achieve some great at-home self-care, Meek backs it up and gives additional pointers. Nique shares her love for tea and how soothing the tea making process is for herself.

 

13:16 - Number four! Meek talks about her facial steamer from a “Favorite Things” party she attended in December. Nique shares the wonderful things exercise does for the soul. They both talk on an app they both use that they find extremely helpful, especially for at-home workouts.

 

19:12 - Meek shares how energizing it can be to sit back and watch some Netflix. Nique asks about what she’s been watching, Meek gives us the scoop on what she's into. Nique adds in a final self-care tip, be still and lay low.

 

23:25 - It’s time for Drive Tracks: what are we listening to on the road? Meek has been playing Ride or Die by Megan Thee Stallion. She recommends the clean version from Queen & Slim: The Soundtrack. Monique goes with some Background by Lecrae.
