Here’s a journal prompt for releasing the stress and anxiety caused by life and being a parent: write out the things that cause you the most stress. Detail them. Determine which ones are stressors that you can control, and which are stressors that you cannot control. When you find the ones you can control, plan out how you can either change or alter these stressors, or what you can do to move forward from then when they occur.
