For us to change the culture or make a difference in society, we need to change how we behave and interact.  Looking back at situations is a way to reflect to better yourself but we can’t always be looking back.

There have been some moments where we brushed things under the rug because it was too awkward to deal with.  In some cases, we don’t know how to deal with them.  This is where leaders play a key role.  Leaders need to be aware of those awkward moments and start to lead in the right direction.
