These e-bikes have fork steerer tubes that crack, break, or separate during use creating fall and injury risks for riders.

About 6,200 of these bikes were sold through authorized Giant Bicycle dealers nationwide and online at momentum.com from September 2019 through May 2025.

Stop riding these bikes immediately and check the serial number stamped on the left rear dropout or on the sticker under the downtube. Bikes with serial numbers where the third character is “H,” “J,” or “K” must have their forks replaced free of charge.
