Some days we slay motherhood like a dragon and other days we walk around all day with a dinosaur sticker stuck to our bottom.  Having confidence as a mom can be a struggle.  It shows up as anxiety, comparison, and isolation.  We loose a little bit of ourselves when we become a mom and therefore, impact our confidence.  Val, licensed therapist from The Centered Life Therapy Group, shares three ways to improve our momfidence.  Number one, affirmations!  Pick a positive statement about yourself and repeat it daily.  To hear the other two (one will surprise you!) tune into episode 58!
