Black American's can't end Systematic Racism in the country without the help of those in power.  Bita Haidarian Nossa is one person who understand that she must do her part to help dismantle systems of oppression and race based prejudice.  To do this Bita is speaking out and inviting others in her neighborhood to join together to discuss race.  Bita's actions may seem small, but potential for change is vast.
