When he was running for President in the 1960's, George Romney made 12 years of his tax returns public. The elder Romney made his fortune running an auto company, and while he COULD have taken advantage of tax loopholes that benefit the wealthy, he chose to contribute to the welfare of the United States of America. 

Mitt Romney is an acorn that's fallen very, very far from the tree.
