In this episode of Mom's Unboxed, the meditation saga continues. I chat about meditation and mindfulness, and how it is a tool to reduce stress and live with more ease and flow. 

Have you ever thrown something because you were pissed off and then got sad because it broke? I know I have. Experiencing anger is not a bad thing; it is our actions that can end poorly.  Emotions like anger, envy, and jealousy are unfulfilled emotions. Emotions are tied to our values.  All emotions, and especially unfulfilled emotions should be welcomed and understood. One way to understand your emotions is to be inquisitive with them.  I also emphasize the significance of personal and circumstantial power and how they impact our emotions and actions.
