Patrianne is a devoted mom of 2, a supportive wife, procurement officer in a fast paced industry, health and wellness coach and a special needs teacher. In the midst of this she is also completing her MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

How she does it all always amazes me.

In this first episode of the series Moms Overcoming Mountains, Patrianne advice is that we need to prioritise what is most important and take each day one day at a time.

As a mom who overcame mountains she shared her most challenging time since being a mother and how she navigated it.

Her greatest lesson was realising that it was okay to ask for help.
