How can things be so Good and Bad at the same time?

On today's show I want to discuss the conundrum that seems to be the Xbox One. How can this great piece of video game hardware have trouble selling? New around business circles is the Playstation 4 is outselling the Xbox on 2 : 1. Should this concern anyone? Or is it like Microsoft has been at a really fun party and maybe forget when it was time to leave?
