Act Blue, the major Democratic fundraising platform, has announced that Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign has officially begun, following President Biden's announcement on Sunday that he was pulling out of the race and endorsing her as his successor. According to a campaign official, Harris raised $49.6 million in grassroots donations within hours of Biden's endorsement.
