Jesus declares that Adam and Eve were real people and were created by God. They didn't evolve over millions of years. They weren't part of a story made up by man to explain the existence of mankind. Since Jesus doesn't lie, Creation is the truth, and evolution is the fairy tale. Let's remember that Jesus didn't believe in evolution, and neither should we.
