Hey beauties! On today's Monday Mantra we dive into a short and sweet meditation on Trust. Trusting yourself and trusting your dreams, are two defining factors to success. When I used to take a day off- I would be frantic with guilt that I was missing something- or should be producing. This weekend I relished in a FULL DAY OFF without any need to fill my time. I felt that was because I TRUSTED that my dreams are already on there way, and that this day off would serve to keep me in alignment with them. We will definitely chat more about this soon!
