J.liam, a women’s boutique originally based in Barneveld, is relocating to the former Twin Orchards building in New Hartford for better visibility and year-round foot traffic. Owners Lisa and John Mack are renovating the space and plan to offer an in-person shopping experience focused on high-quality, stylish clothing. The move has been met with enthusiasm from customers, and the new location is set to open by late summer or early fall.
