Today I talk about why I am taking a week-long break from social media.

I think we can easily fool ourselves into thinking that we are only using it as a tool, and although I have seen many of the benefits of social media, on reflection I am seeing more negative impact than positive.

As dads we focus on loving, leading and leaving a legacy. Don't let these be negated by being hunched over your phone.
