He’s trying to get into a regimen where he is doing a little bit more taking care of himself because it has always been run run run, make sure he gets out of the office, go see clients, go do what he gotta do. Pre Week Preparation: John tries to prepare over the weekend. In the book Getting Things Done by David Allen, John says one of the main concepts that he loved about it is the concept of a loop, where you are constantly thinking of the things that you have to accomplish but you never get them done so they keep coming back into your head. So, it stresses you out and it grinds you until you get it done.
