                • Not easy and takes time to rewire.
                  1. Identify the thought process/pattern you want to change
                  2. Accept the thoughts as sin and repent
                  3. Change your perspective (brother/sister)
                  4. Speak out your goals
                    1. 10 times more effective
                    2. Negative thoughts diminished
                    3. Focused distractions
                      1. Prayer
                      2. Bible reading
                      3. Hobby, etc.
