Browns 13, Lions 10 – Chubb runs for 130, Browns hold off winless Lions 13-10
Nick Chubb caught a touchdown pass and ran for 130 yards as the Cleveland Browns held on to avoid a season-wrecking upset and keep Detroit winless with a sloppy 13-10 victory over the Lions. Chubb returned to Cleveland’s lineup after a one-game absence due to COVID-19. The star running back caught a 5-yard TD pass from Baker Mayfield and then helped the Browns run out the clock. With Cleveland’s crowd chanting his name before every snap Chubb gained 36 yards on the final drive as the Browns chewed up the last 2:29. D'Andre Swift had 136 yards and 57-yard TD for the Lions, who fell to 0-9-1.

Ravens 16, Bears 13 – Freeman TD lifts Ravens over Bears with Jackson sidelined
Devonta Freeman scored on a 3-yard run with 22 seconds remaining and the AFC North-leading Baltimore Ravens beat the Chicago Bears 16-13 even though star quarterback Lamar Jackson missed the game because of an illness. The Ravens (7-3) ruled out Jackson 90 minutes before kickoff after he took some throws on the field. The 2019 MVP was a full participant in practice Friday after being held out the previous two days. Coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday the illness was not COVID-19. Justin Tucker kicked three field goals. Chicago’s Andy Dalton threw for two touchdowns after Justin Fields left the game with a rib injury in the third quarter. But the Bears lost their fifth straight.
Colts 41, Bills 15 – Bottom falls out for Bills in bumbling 41-15 loss to Colts
It wasn't one thing that went wrong for the Buffalo Bills in a 41-15 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. It was everything. Buffalo turned the ball over four times, allowed Jonathan Taylor to score a franchise-record five times, in dropping to 6-4 and out of the AFC East Division lead. The Bills have lost three of five and face a short week in preparing to play at New Orleans on Thursday night.
